You Keep Saying It's a Season...
But It Never Ends.

Tell me if this sounds like you… You keep promising things will slow down once the next deal closes or the new hire sticks, but somehow, it never does.

You walk in the door with your mind still at the office. Your wife smiles, but you can tell she’s tired of waiting for the version of you that’s fully present. The kids are growing fast, and you’re missing the moments you’ll never get back. Your body’s run-down, your Bible’s collecting dust, and your soul’s running on fumes, but you keep telling yourself it’s fine.

It’s not fine. And deep down, you know it.

The good news? You don’t have to keep living this way. You can build a business that thrives without draining you dry, lead with calm and conviction, and make room for what truly matters. You don’t need to burn everything down; you just need a better way to lead.

I know, because I’ve been there. I found a better path forward, and you can too.

Meet Your Coach, Whitney Sewell

As a husband, adoptive father of five, former police officer, and U.S. military veteran, I know the pressure of providing, leading, and trying to hold it all together. But I refused to stay stuck.

In 2009, I made the tough decision to sell our family farm and walk away from my career in law enforcement and horse training so I could be more present for my family. As a result, I began a successful career in real estate, hosting over 2,000 episodes of the Real Estate Syndication Show.

Today, I help high-achieving Christian men follow God faithfully, love their families well, and build a legacy that lasts through 1:1 coaching, podcasting, courses, and more.

My wife, Chelsea, and I also founded and run the Omnah Foundation, a nonprofit that removes financial barriers to adoption so more children can grow up in gospel-centered homes.

What People
Are Saying

When I think of Whitney the word integrity comes to mind. Not only is he a hard worker, one who strives to constantly improve, one who is willing to take informed, calculated and competent risks, but also one whose value system undergirds everything he does. Whitney is trustworthy. He is the kind of boss, soldier, church member, father, investor and entrepreneur that honorable men strive to become.

Bruce Chick
Senior Pastor

Whitney's understanding of the importance of “team,” his practice of delegating for maximum team output, and his pursuit of continual learning have all challenged and inspired me in my business practices.

Founder, Enginuity Tech LLC

From faith to family, friendships to business, Whitney encourages the best in those around him. His humble curiosity is thought provoking and sometimes convicting, but always approached to draw out what is needed to drive one forward. I am grateful to know him as a brother in Christ and blessed to call him a friend.

Whitney’s commitment to excellence is evident showcasing his work ethic and discipline. Whitney has a generous spirit, a quality that adds value to both personal and professional interactions. I wish everyone I worked with operated like Whitney.

Whitney and I go way back.  He’s nothing short of a great character.  What I admire in him is that he is very transparent and has the grit to move the mountains.

Alina Trigub

Whitney cares about people and is a visionary who desire to use his gifts to help others.  He is always working to become better at what he does, and many have been impacted deeply through his leadership and hard work.

Joel Bremner

I’ve known, and worked with Whitney for almost a decade. He is someone I trust, and I personally invest with.

Joe Fairless
Co-Founder Ashcroft Capital LLC

I met Whitney several years ago when he entered the world of Multifamily investing.  I could tell immediately he was a man of action.  When Whitney commits to something, he makes it happen: a top ranked, daily podcast.  Growing his portfolio to well over 1,000 units in only a few years.  Adopting a new baby to his already busy household.

There’s a reason he is one of the few people I talk to about real estate and life on a regular basis…I trust him.

Shane Melanson

Whitney is one of the most incredible and inspirational people I know. Not only is he a great Christian, father and husband - he is a leader with clear alignment between his business, his philanthropy, and his family. He is changing lives by helping incredible people adopt and build extraordinary families.
